Making DuckDuckGo the Default Search Engine for the Omnibox and Right-Click Search

1. Open a new tab and navigate to https://duckduckgo.com.
2. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
3. Select Settings
4. Under Search, click Manage search engines...
5. Find DuckDuckGo in the displayed list and click Make Default

Making DuckDuckGo the Homepage

1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
2. Select Settings
3. Under On startup, click Open a specific page, and then click Set pages
4. Click Use current pages and then click OK

Uninstalling the DuckDuckGo Extension or App

1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
2. Select More tools
3. Select Extensions
4. Find the DuckDuckGo extension or app in the displayed list and click the trash can icon

Changing to a Different Default Search Engine for the Omnibox and Right-Click Search

1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
2. Select Settings
3. Click Manage search engines...
4. Under Search, click Manage search engines...
5. Find your desired new default search engine in the displayed list and click Make Default

Removing DuckDuckGo as the Homepage

1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top toolbar
2. Select Settings
3. Under On startup, click Open a specific page, and then click Set pages
4. Find DuckDuckGo in the displayed list and click the X
